A Calm, Clinically Grounded Approach to Longevity

I come to this work from the inside of healthcare. My background is as a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner (PhD, WHNP, APRN, RN) with years of experience in clinical leadership and value-based care. I’ve worked alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare systems focused on outcomes, prevention, and long-term health—not just episodic care. Over the course of my career, I’ve had a front-row seat to how our healthcare system truly functions. I’ve seen where it works, where it struggles, and where it intervenes far too late. By the time many people become “patients,” the opportunity for prevention, resilience, and ease has often already passed. That realization changed the direction of my work.

Why I Built Longevity & Performance™

Longevity & Performance™ exists to fill a gap I saw repeatedly: capable, motivated people who want to age well—but don’t want extremes, guesswork, or conflicting advice. It is a personalized, prevention-focused longevity practice designed to help people understand how their body responds to everyday life—stress, sleep, movement, recovery, and aging—and then make thoughtful decisions before problems become diagnoses. I chose to step upstream, where small, intentional changes can still have a meaningful impact.

My Perspective

Most wellness programs focus on doing more. More workouts. More supplements. More protocols. My approach is different. I focus on sequencing—doing the right things in the right order. We start by stabilizing daily rhythms and recovery, because without those foundations, nothing else sticks. From there, we layer in precision only when it adds real value.

A Personal Note

I built the Longevity Playbook using the same principles I follow in my own life. This work reflects both my professional training and my personal commitment to aging with strength, clarity, and intention—without fear or noise. I keep this practice small because trust matters here. Judgment matters. And longevity is not something to rush. *Longevity isn’t built by doing everything at once. It’s built by understanding what matters most—and honoring it consistently.

Next Step

If this approach resonates, the next step is a conversation. There’s no pressure and no sales pitch—just an opportunity to see whether this work is the right fit for you.
