Why I Built AT Longevity & Performance
AT Longevity & Performance exists to fill a gap I saw repeatedly: capable, motivated people who want to age well but don’t want extremes, guesswork, or conflicting advice. It is a personalized, prevention-focused longevity practice designed to help people understand how their body responds to everyday life, stress, sleep, movement, recovery, and aging, and then make thoughtful decisions before problems become diagnoses. I chose to step upstream, where small, intentional changes can still have a meaningful impact.My Perspective
Most wellness programs focus on doing more. More workouts. More supplements. More protocols. My approach is different. I focus on sequencing, doing the right things in the right order. We start by stabilizing daily rhythms and recovery, because without those foundations, nothing else sticks. From there, we layer in precision only when it adds real value.A Personal Note
